Pulse ambassador series: Meet Steve Robertson

Pulse ambassador series: meet Steve Robertson

So far we’ve introduced two remarkable Ambassadors—Professor Fiona Wood AM and Professor Dickon Hayne—whose leadership and compassion are helping shape the future of health care in WA. Today, we’re proud to spotlight another key figure whose legacy of community-building and philanthropy continues to make a lasting impact: Steve Robertson.

With more than 50 years of experience in the property industry across Western Australia and Queensland, Steve has played a pivotal role in shaping the communities we live in. His career spans project and development management, marketing, acquisitions, and executive leadership across residential, commercial, and retail sectors.

But Steve’s commitment to community goes far beyond infrastructure. For over 15 years, he served as Deputy Chairman and Director of the Fremantle Hospital Medical Research Foundation, helping to advance clinical research and improve patient outcomes across the South Metropolitan Health Service.

Today, Steve continues to serve on numerous project boards, bringing his strategic insight and passion for community wellbeing to every initiative. His support of Pulse reflects a lifelong dedication to building not just places—but possibilities.

Stay tuned as we continue to share the stories of those helping Pulse grow into a movement for better health across Perth’s southern corridor.

When asked why he joined Pulse, Steve shared:

“The reason I have agreed to participate in the Foundation is a desire to continue contributing and giving back, where I can, to collaborate and help educate and grow a great community cause.”
